Servicing your material handling equipment is our number one priority! What started as a forklift company some 40 years ago has evolved into a leader in all aspects of material handling. Established in 1973, Lift, Inc.’s material handling business services all brands of forklift trucks. Over 40 years later, we have more than 160 service technicians, trained and dedicated to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry.

Lift, Inc. completed construction on a new 103,000 sq./ft. facility in Carlisle PA to support our explosive growth.


Lift, Inc. was recognized with the Crown Summit Award and the Crown James F. Dickie Pioneer Award (recognizing the highest performing dealer in the country).


Lift, Inc. was awarded the Toyota President's Award (Toyota's highest honor).


Lift, Inc. was awarded the Toyota President's Award.


Lift, Inc. completed construction of a 68,000 sq./ft facility on Rt. 61 in Leesport, PA. The building is the new home of Lift, Inc.'s Material Handling Division serving Berks, Lebanon and Schuylkill counties. It is also the new home for Reading Tractor and Equipment. Lift, Inc. also was awarded the Crown Ascent Award.


Bobcat and Kubota products were expanded to Berks County, PA, with the addition of Reading Tractor & Equipment (previously Reading Kubota). The company was also awarded the Toyota President's Award.


Lift, Inc. expanded its Williamsport facility to provide increased shop and warehouse space.


Lift, Inc. expanded its Bobcat facilities to include a new service shop, additional showroom space and offices. The company was also recognized with the Crown Ascent Award.


Lift, Inc. added the full Bobcat product line with the acquisition of Bobcat of Lancaster (located in Ephrata, PA). The company was awarded the Toyota President’s Award.


Lift, Inc. moved to a new 93,000 sq./ft. headquarters location in Mountville, PA. Lift, Inc. was also awarded the Wayne Dalton Door product line to offer a more complete dock products package to our clients. Lift, Inc. also earned the Toyota President’s Award.


Lift, Inc. was awarded the Toyota Silver Circle Award.


A new 10,000 sq./ft. storage warehouse was added to the Manheim facility. The company was recognized with the Crown Summit Award (Crown’s highest honor).


A new 10,000 sq./ft. Williamsport branch was built to serve clients in our northern counties. An 8,000 sq./ft. addition was also added to the Bernville branch. Lift, Inc. was honored with the Crown Summit Award and the Toyota President’s Award.


Lift, Inc. was awarded the Toyota Silver Circle Award.

Lift, Inc. earned both the Toyota President’s Award and the Crown Summit Award.


Lift, Inc. established an Aerial Division. Later that year a new Manheim facility was opened to handle growth of the Aerial Division and Used Equipment Division.


The Mechanicsburg branch was expanded to include a new shop and training center. Lift, Inc. was presented the Toyota President’s Award.


The Mechanicsburg branch was opened to serve the Harrisburg market.


Toyota Lift Truck product line was added through the acquisition of Pennlift of York, Pa.


Corporate headquarters was moved to Lancaster. The Bernville facility remained a full service branch. The Allied Products Division was added through the asset acquisition of Lift-N-Roll; this marked the advancement of Lift, Inc. as a prominent forklift/material handling company.


Crown Lift Truck product line was added.


TCM forklift line was added.


Lift, Inc. was founded in Bernville (Reading), PA as an independent forklift parts distributor.
